Exacare Interface Basics

Here's a quick overview of the exacare interface to help you get oriented quickly.

Navigation Panel

The left navigation panel helps you move through exacare.

  • You can expand or collapse the panel as needed.

  • At the bottom, you’ll see your user profile name, confirming you’re logged into your account.

  • Additional navigation options appear in the navigation panel. See our "Features Page" to learn more about these options.

Facility Selection

At the top of the panel, you’ll find the All Facilities dropdown.

  • Select a specific facility to view only that specific facility's referrals.

  • Choose Select All to see all referrals across your organization.

This helps you quickly filter what you’re viewing.

Click the question mark (?) near the exacare logo to access support. See "Need Support?" to learn more about our support resources.

Notifications

The bell icon displays all your exacare notifications in one place. Check this icon regularly for updates. You can manage your notifications here.
